D40 Hardball signed confirmed league winners

Our D40 hardball side in their very first season were confirmed league champions on Sunday by beating Hampshire. Sussex batting first posted 228 and subsequently bowled out Hampshire for 110. Congratulations to all involved in what has been a truly remarkable first season.

Blackstone Academy Ground Open Day

Inter-Hub Disability Cricket Tournament

On Monday 3rd July we hosted our first inter-hub Disability Cricket tournament at Eastbourne Sports Centre. The tournament, funded by Lord’s Taverners, involved 20 players from the Eastbourne, Hastings and Lewes Disability Hubs. The format was 6-a-side Kwik Cricket along with a longest hit challenge.
